Before Treatment
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners for 24 hours before treatment, stay hydrated with good sleep and a light meal, and take zinc 50 mg + phytase and vitamin K 100 mcg daily for 5 days before Botox.
After Treatment
- Avoid pressure on treated areas for the first hours (no sleeping 5–6 hours, no massage, no tight headwear); avoid alcohol and blood thinners; avoid sauna and heavy exercise for 48 hours.
- Facial Botox: avoid facials, peels, RF, laser for 1–2 weeks.
- Scalp Botox: avoid washing, rubbing, hats for 2 days; no treatments for 1 week.
- Underarm Botox: avoid deodorant, shaving, hot showers & swimming for 2 days; wear loose clothing.
